At Pagliai's Pizza our commitment to excellence starts with the staff. It takes each staff member to maintain the standards set during the last 50 years of operation. We are known for our pizza, but we believe that the secret to our success is our attention to detail that makes us different than the chains out there. When you walk into our kitchen you'll see what I mean. We work day in and day out to make sure that not only the kitchen is kept tiptop, but to make sure our food is prepared in a safe and consistent manner. Our easy to follow manuals and employee handbook are always available to new employees. Which our manuals and handbook are a great resource, it is the personal training from our staff that solidifies our training program. Our training program is designed to give new hires the tools they need to not only become proficient in their position at Pagliai's Pizza but provide each staff member with skills that apply to job titles any and everywhere. | |||
